Terms of Service

Vellym lets you describe a product and direct an AI agent to build a scene-by-scene animated video from it — proposing directions, rendering them, and revising them based on your feedback until you approve a final cut. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing, giving you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and other material you upload (“Input Content”), and of the videos generated for your account (“Output Content”), subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform your Input Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You’re responsible for the content you submit and generate. You confirm you have the necessary rights to any logo, screenshot, brief, or other material you upload, and that your use of the Service complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates it.

The Service itself — including its software, templates, engine, and branding — is owned by Vellym, UAB and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, source code, or underlying technology beyond what’s necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, storage, and AI model providers) to operate. We select these providers carefully, but we’re not responsible for outages or failures caused by them beyond our reasonable control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that generated videos will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vellym, UAB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Lithuanian or EU law (for example, liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
